Process of setting up first meeting with them went well, and system for confirming and reminding me of first appointment was very professional. Greeted professionally at first meeting and sign in process went very smoothly. Hearing test and interview done by Amanda was handled very professionally. Amanda was very knowledgeable, and professional , and was a pleasure to work with. Only nit so far is their failure to return my telephone call, to get some information, after the first appointment was over and I was back home. Call has still not been returned, as of the second day.
